Tips for helping you sell your home FAST!

Remove clutter - Keep only the bare necessities in your home. The fewer personal items you have showing, the easier it is for a buyer to picture THEIR items in the home.
Create an inviting atmosphere - Have some soothing music playing. Bake some cookies right before the showing. Turn on lights in areas that you want to showcase.
Clean, clean, clean! - You're home can't be too clean. Pay special attention to the kitchen and bathroom areas.
Make small repairs - If you don't want to paint the entire house, at least make sure you patch / paint any areas that are stained or damaged. Fix leaky faucets. Oil any squeaky doors.
Lawn & Landscaping - Make sure to keep the lawn mowed and all landscaping manicured.
Open drapes/blinds - Everyone loves sunshine. House that have a lot of natural light are more appealing to most buyers.
